茶和世界，共品共飲

茶是世界第二大飲料，但已不止是一種飲料。由于其廣泛深入的文化和經(jīng)濟影響力，在一些地區(qū)，茶葉被賦予更多的如減肥、減壓等健康屬性，茶產(chǎn)業(yè)得以發(fā)展，成為當?shù)氐闹饕杖雭碓础?/p>

今年的國際茶日主題是“包容、持續(xù)、健康”。茶在促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著重要的作用，有著諸多健康功效，也是促進可持續(xù)生產(chǎn)的需要，今年的主題旨在提高人們在這些方面的認識。

Thethemeofthisyear’sInternationalTeaDayis“Resilient,sustainableandhealthy”,whichservestoraiseawarenessoftheimportantrolethatteaplaysintea-growingeconomies,itsmanyhealthbenefitsandtheneedtopromotesustainableproduction.

  

ISO已經(jīng)制定了30多項與茶相關的標準，這些標準促使ISO各成員建立了茶品質(zhì)的最低標準，并在茶內(nèi)質(zhì)成分的測定方法上達成一致。

標準包括茶多酚和咖啡堿的測定，綠茶、紅茶和白茶等不同茶類的定義，以及取樣方法。此外，烏龍茶和抹茶的標準也正在研究制定中。

ISOhasmorethan30standardsdedicatedtoteathathelpfacilitatethisthroughestablishingminimumlevelsofqualityandharmonizingthemeasurementofcontentsandsubstances.Theseincludestandardsforthedeterminationofcaffeineorpolyphenols,definitionsofvariousteas,suchasgreen,blackorwhite,andsamplingprocedures,withotherstandardsunderdevelopmentforoolongandmatchatea.

  

最近，ISO新制定了兩項標準：ISO18447規(guī)定了紅茶中茶黃素的測定；ISO18449“綠茶術語”對綠茶的外形、香氣和滋味等特性作了明確規(guī)定，為綠茶在國際貿(mào)易中的分級和評價提供了依據(jù)。

NewstandardsrecentlydevelopedincludeISO18447forthedeterminationoftheaflavinsinblackteaandISO18449,whichdefinesthetermsforclassifyingandassessinggreenteaforcommercebasedonappearance,aromaandtasteparameters.
